One person, building things people use.

I pick problems that already exist and that somebody currently solves badly — a society treasurer with a register, a city where nobody can tell you how long a journey takes. Then I build the smallest version that genuinely fixes it, and I put it in front of real users rather than leaving it as a demo.

That’s the whole method, and it’s the name: Observe. Design. Deliver.

I want to build robots in India. I’m not there yet — today I’m learning the parts that come first: sensors, position and time, real-time data, and systems people trust with their money.

Every product here is picked to teach one of those. Sabha taught what reliability costs when people check their balance every month. ODD Flow is teaching location and motion. What comes after that depends on what those two teach me, and I’d rather say that plainly than claim a robotics company that doesn’t exist.
