ODD Flow

One tracker for every way you move — cycling, on a bike, in a car, on foot — that turns an ordinary trip into a replay worth showing someone.

This page describes what ODD Flow is being built to do. It isn’t released yet, and nothing here is available to download.
The idea

Most trackers only care about exercise

They want your heart rate and your pace. But most of the moving people actually do in a day isn’t exercise — it’s the ride to work, the school run, the walk to the shop that took twenty minutes because of one junction.

ODD Flow records all of it in one app, with the same care given to a commute as to a Sunday ride: the route, the stops, the photos you took, replayed as something you’d actually send to a friend.

Then

Enough trips, and traffic stops being a guess

Every recorded trip is a small, honest measurement of how long a stretch of road actually took, at that hour, on that kind of vehicle. Collected across enough people, that becomes a picture of how a city really moves — not a modelled one.

Bengaluru first, because that’s the traffic I know. This part comes after the tracker works well on its own; a traffic layer built on three users’ data would be fiction.
